We offer one off deep cleans/spring cleans for end of tenancy; new build, moving in or moving out. Whether you’re looking for a one off deep clean, regular, or a specific room no problem, we can meet with you and put together a bespoke service package for you at a competitive rate.

 

ALL Living Areas

 

We will provide all branded cleaning materials & equipment unless you would prefer a particular brand, then we would be happy to oblige and either use your cleaning materials or supply these for you, this would be agreed at the time of making your booking

 

If your property has been vacant for a while, we can pop in and freshen up and remove dust before your return home, so that you return to a fresh clean home.

 

REGULAR CLEAN INCLUDES

 

Reception, Hallways and landings & stairs

 

Skirting’s dusted, mirrors polished, tables, dressers, units/furniture polished, light fittings dusted, Floors vacuumed and if appropriate floors washed. Stairs hovered and Balustrades dusted.

 

KITCHEN

 

• Wipe all the outside of kitchen cupboard doors

• Wipe clean wall tiles and surfaces

• Wipe light switches/sockets

• Dust all window ledges

• Wipe clean all the outsides of kitchen appliances

• Clean kitchen sink, draining board and taps Hoover and wash kitchen floors

• Empty rubbish bin and clean and replace bin liner

• Replace tea towels if required with fresh clean towels

• Deodorise room leaving fresh

• Slate tiled floors can be polished if requested at an additional cost - we use HG Satin gloss tile polish

 

Our regular cleaning list is not exhaustive and we would be more than happy to discuss in more detail any cleaning requirements that you may have. • Tidy beds – shake duvets to make presentable(Change bedding if required and requested as an additional service – please leave bedding available)
